I wanted to ask you just that question. Are pick ups prone to random problems before they give up the ghost? Where to test is what I’m looking for. Do I use a test light or multi meter? Would I get a meter reading at pins 4,5 at the ECU? Use a wire piercing lead at the pick up coil lead...
Hello Bob, good to hear from you. I have the RB. And have that on order as a back up.
Issue I’m having is engine fires up cold no problem, but this summer I have had there occasions when out for a hot New England summer evening cruise the engine will cut out without so much as a sputter...

Good evening members. Has anyone found a replacement connector or pigtail with the fuel sending unit connector? I have looked at previous threads and got no reply on that elbow connector. I have narrowed the fuel gauge inaccurate reading to the connector at the tank itself. Have tried...
Came across this thread seeking same answers to wire gauge size at bulkhead connector. I am looking at possibly replacing the individual connectors where necessary and want to know correct terminal size for wire size. My blue wire at bulkhead is loose and occasionally needs a jiggle to get...

No. I could be that dog chasing his tail. Yesterday I thought instrument housing was a gray molded plastic, but further inspection it sounds like metal. I see thin metal band straddling top of instrument cluster that would be pinched between plastic instrument surround and metal dash panel...
Good afternoon. Changed the 9 dash bulbs in a '66 Satellite to LED's. With key in off position dash lights come on just fine and stay lit. With key in on position the dash lights flash on off on off repeat. I'm trying out the LED's for the brighter dash lighting.
Rockauto sent different...
