Spent morning troubleshooting car won't start after having replaced ignition switch and starter relay (they did test bad) in previous months. Now what!! Break out the prints and meter and start figuring out where the test points are in relation to print. Couple hours found loose fusible link connector at firewall bulk head connector. Big blue wire lower right of connector.
Recurring lesson learned, keep it simple and look for the 12 volts instead of spit balling and replacing parts.
