I had seen it for sale just over 2 years ago fresh from being pulled out before I bought my GTX. The guy wanted stupid money for it. I know I posted a WIW over on Moparts but I don't know if the post would still be around.I remember some front end damage and the engine was out and apart.
Really depends on what comes with it and what documentation you have (fender tag, for example), and what condition it is under the freshly painted surface. More information is required for a realistic number.
70K??? He should've taken it. There is a '70 GTX with nice colors (and N96) on Ebay for just over 14K. Might be a better deal for you. I spoke w/ the owner of the ebay car a few months ago when he was asking 29K, car sounds good though the quarters are shot.
