    Greetings everyone... Question: How does the 727 trans mount to the transmission crossmember on my 67 GTX? Is there something similar to a motor mount between the trans and the crossmember Is it one bolt or 2? Are spacers used or not?

    Yes, one is slightly rounded. I've learned that's the top ring.

    I spoke with Federal-Mogul tech support. The ring with the bevel on the bottom inside edge is the second ring. All gaps checked and within spec. Thank you for your answers guys!!

(.060” over) Part # SP E-424K 60 I’ve read the included instructions, but can’t tell which compression ring should go in the upper position on the piston.
