Casting numbers for the engine block will be below the passenger side exhaust manifold:
block ID will be on small flat pad to the left of the distributor:
It's just the legendary elephant, what's to worry? ;-)
You'll get the hang of it in no time, no doubt....
Since we're all being honest here, I'm green with envy. A '68 Coronet was what I was looking for when I stumbled on the '66 Charger. Just had no luck finding a clean one in my $ range...
