I would be curious about the rad hose collapsing. Just a thought but I have to agree buy a hood don't screw up that beautiful one you have. Another thought would be pulley size on the water pump is it oem. Is it the correct one Another thought.
The prime makes for a good glue to hold ribbon in place. Just make sure that if you buy in bulk that you don't cut it to short after installation. You will have a gap if you do I always do the install then let it set for a few hrs then cut to fit.
How to store body parts while waiting to paint. Bubble wrap, crates or something else. Main body not done it. Working on suspension now. Any hints would be great thank you.
What should I use looking for something that works with metal and fiberglass. I was told I have to use to different types. I was told that ezgrip does a good job on metal. What's your favorite go to skim coating. Thanks for the input
Okay got fenders ,hood and trunk lid done and 2k on them. I see some areas that some skim coating needs done. What's the best skim coat to use over 2k primer. Or the all the same just different name.
Nope we go till it hits 110 then we hide under a rock. Best time of the for me is 5.00 until 12.00 right now. But as summer comes the earlier I get started.
Maybe this is getting done already but anyways. How many of you ruff up the old paint with sandpaper before putting a stripping component on it. Seems to make the process faster
