    The high side pressure is too low. What does the sight glass look like? Should be clear if the system is full and operating. See bubbles?Add freon.

    You can buy a water pump housing(Summit,Jegs) like you need to put the lower hose on the driver side. Then you can find a rad to fit. Try Champion Radiator Google it. I gave $150 for my alum rad. Direct bolt in. Now a standard MOPAR small block T stat fan and clutch keeps my 440 cool with A/C.

    Take all the fans off the car. Fire it up and drive 60 mph or 120 kph (lol) and see what happens.

    My current is factory Chrysler Air Temp so IDK. On my old RR(non a/c) I woulda cut a hole anywhere out of sight for the A/C and heater lines.

    Mine fit perfect,works great,but leaked a lil. Bars Leaks fixed it though.
