Hi all,
I have a 1967 383 and a TCI torque converter.
I have a flex plate that fits the converter but the bolt holes are oval shape.
Has anyone seen flex plates with oval holes?
I also purchased ARP flex plate bolts but they have small bolt heads but mopar bolts have large heads.
Thanks
Hi All,
I'm going to replace the open diff on me 66 Coronet with a 3.23 sure grip.
The 3.23 is missing the thrust block and I want to use the one from the old diff.
How do I remove it and install it in the 3.23?
Thanks
Hi all,
I changed out my rear end on my 66 Coronet.
The yoke takes a larger u joint than what is on the drive shaft.
Do they make a u joint with two different sizes or do I have to change the yoke?
Thanks
Hi, I have an Edlebrock aluminum high rise intake.
I soda blasted it and it looks good but I wonder if it came from the factory painted.
I want to powder coat it and want to make sure that it's not painted.
The soda blasting should have removed any paint.
Thanks
Happy New Year Mopar Enthusiasts,
Can anyone tell me what bolts to use to connect the torque converter to the flex plate on a 1967 big block and 727 tranny?
Thanks
Hi All,
I'm converting to front disk brakes on my 66 Coronet.
Does anyone know where I can find measurements for forming the brake lines?
I want to fabricate them myself and it would be allot easier if I have the dimensions for bending them.
Thanks, Dan
Hi All,
I'm looking at a new set of Mopar B Body rear extra heavy duty leaf springs, P4452982, same spec's. as the 440 & hemi option.
I want to put them on my 66 Coronet.
Will these springs raise the car allot? I don't mind a little but I want to keep it as lever=l as possible.
Should I look...
Hi Mopar Experts,
I have a 1967 383 that I'm rebuilding. It originally had 516 heads and I'm going to put on 452 heads.
It's bored 30 over and I'm using flat top pistons.
My question is, are all flat top pistons the same or are there taller ones for open chamber heads.
Thanks
I have a 66 Coronet, formerly a 318 Poly. I'm putting in a 383 and I would like to know if I have to do anything to the torsion bars due to the added weight.
Thanks
