1971 Pro Street GTX

An on going project

About this Mopar:

This is a 71 Satellite Sebring Plus that has been back halved and tubed before I got it and was street driven. I purchased it in 2012 and had a great time driving it and made a few trips to the drag strip. I had two wins at the track before a total rebuild. It is powered by a 505 inch big block, 727 trans with a manual valve body, a narrowed 8 3/4 rear with 4.10 gears and a Detroit locker. 3 inch exhaust with 2 inch TTI headers and Stainless Works S tube mufflers. Best time in the quarter was 11.27 at 119mph. I replaced the carb with a FAST 2.0 efi during the rebuild. I drive the car as much as possible. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I do.

Yeah, '71's are the poor mans '72

Scoop looks good on there!!

Awesome job, looks great. Locker must be a joy to drive on the street!!

Congrats on a great looking and performing car. I always thought '71 ply b body was the 2nd best looking car of all the mopars. I think you can guess my first choice. Mopar or NO car!
