Can't say I have seen 15x7 like this with the flat edge on the centers. ... C body wheels?

I would say a 15 x 7 off of say a late 70's 5 th Ave. But could be off a Dodge pickup. We always called them the " flat dish " wheels , cause of the way they curve down then back up near the rim edge. The wheels work just fine.
