Looks like it was installed then cut out, never drilled for boot, some of the flange remains, most cut off, painted on underside.
Fits fairly well, would need some work or seam sealer or both.
Just replaced firewall to trunk, gave myself a break and bought a new one from Brewer's, same maker, Sherman, same sticker with part #185-40C.
New $259.95, sell for $150 plus shipping, US only.
Sticking it in the box Brewer's sent me, had very little packing paper but will add some more.
