Odds are it won't start because it has been sitting too long. Probably gummed up with ethanol gas. I suspect this is a weekend tune up situation and not a drivetrain removal situation. At worst the gas tank needs replaced.

In my opinion, that car is worth double the asking price if the engine just needs a little wrenching, and almost that if it needs rebuilt or replaced.

Barring any hidden issues like frame rust or a poorly repaired collision.
