Strange issue - 1966 Charger

Headlight motors work, rotate as expected. Dash and brake lights work fine.

All 4 headlights do not illuminate and tried toggling high beam but no light. I replaced the switch but same result. Headlight connections seem fine.

There's no circuit breaker in-line - I'm assuming my restorer did not put in place.

Aside from all 4 bulbs being bad at the same time, any ideas where else to look?

Thank you.

There's a black wire with wht trace that comes out of the headlight plug on the drivers side which provides ground (battery -). Maybe that's not connected.
I'd put a meter on the headlight plugs as well and see what you get.

If a dimmer can do it, I would recommend hose it down with deoxit and work it a couple dozen times. dries without residue

As Don suggests, If you have a voltmeter / multi meter, turn on the headlamp switch and test at the connectors to the head light buckets in front of the radiator. You should measure for DC voltage between cars chassis ( ground, battery - ) to the terminals of the headlamp bucket connector. If you don't see any voltage with normal headlamps or brights turned on, problem is likely in headlamp switch or it's connector, bulkhead connector wiring, brights floor switch or.. as Don mentioned, the ground connection for the headlamps. If you can measure the voltage at the connector as directed that would indicate it's likely a ground wire issue.
The fact that the headlamp motors work and turn the headlamp buckets properly has nothing to do with the power to light the headlamps.
