Hello,
Recently pulled the rear window out of my 66 coronet 2 door hardtop. After I cut the rubber gasket and removed the rear window, I noticed that under the rubber gasket on top of the ledge all the way around the window was one of those foam gaskets dodge used in various places. Under that, there was a white caulk type substance I guess used to seal it. I got a new rear window gasket from Year One, I'm assuming that the new one does away with the foam and "caulk", and you just use the 3m type sealant? Please let me know, I'm interested to hear everyone's take on this. I'd hate to put this thing back together and have it leak. Thanks in advance!
