okay in the last month i got a call from a friend and he set me up with three 1967 dodge coronets for next to nothing, his friend just wanted them gone. now one turns out be and R/T. i am going to post pics but it needs floors, trunk floors and quarters, and roof, but came with all new panels to replace them and an extra roof to fix that. this car also came with 1977 440 no idea where the original is but came with period correct heads and intake and trans. all the chrome seats R/t emblems hood and doubles of most. some of the stuff has been blasted and epoxy premeds what do you think this car is worth? and i have the plate decode but would like it if some one could decode it for me so i can decide what i am going to do this this car. please and thank you

There are plenty of 66-67 440's out there... I would go with a period correct 440 before a mid -late 70's block. IMO it would give the car more value in the end. Congrats and good luck with the build.

Not sure where you are located but if you part out a car I could use a piece of stainless and i'm looking for a clean 67 trunk lid

You would be totally upside down in that car you can find nice complete Auto 67 Rt ' s for mid 30's. I would part it.

Stick a fork in it, it’s done. It’s now A parts car. Needs too much work and money to save it. The gold interior and paint is very cool though.

as i said above the car came with ever thing to fix it other than the time for me t do it. i have worked on a lot worse and don't have 30,000 dollars to buy one finished and sorry it is not getting parted out

Keep us posted Rlevs. This sounds like a fun project to piece back together. It’s hard to put a price on it’s current condition but, it sounds like you’ve got everything you need to make a fun, rare, R/T ride (possibly more than 1, since you scored 3 whole cars).

You ask the questions like you don’t know which way to go on it and asking what it’s worth.

Well then your next post it sounds like you are going for it on this car so price doesn’t matter. It’s s a cool car and if you can save it then that’s a great thing!

Gold is a great color and the gold interior is very neat!

Save her don’t scrap her they don’t make them anymore... beauty is always in the eye of the eye of the beholder. Old Mopars are like ground— once it’s gone it’s gone

Having the replacement sheet metal on hand is a good start. If you know how to weld great, if not learn, it will save you thousands in labor costs. If you have the space and tools to take on this kind of project then the only thing you need is a plan and motivation... If you've never done this kind of work and don't know where to start do your do-diligence, study up, ask questions, take your time and you'll get where you want to go... good luck with your 67

Gold with a black and gold int = pretty!

Quarters look pretty good.

You sure it needs a roof?

Great find!

If you decide that you have some extra parts, give me a shout please. I have a 67 that's missing the chrome trim from the driver's side, rear window.

Good luck!
