Show up with 25,000 and a trailer. and if it looks nice offer 24,000. Leave yourself a grand so if you really want it you can go to 25,000.

Exactly what I was going to say 25K and take it home with you. You can try the lower offer but IMO it's worth 25K all day long.

The new tires and magnums do sweeten the deal. You can pick a little, as to what's under the steering wheel cover, etc. The main thing is if it's a car your going to be pleased with. If you are buying it for yourself and family to enjoy, go for it. I don't think you will lose, but you won't be able to make anything in the short term. Best of luck.
