Just asking If a donor car is used or build from scratch. Isn't that a rebody car? That's a whole new issue? I think there are a few states in the US where that is legal for cars 1983? and older. I was told that there is really no Federal law against that as the
Fererallies passes that down to each State.

get some sort of donor to start with, there are hundreds of little bullshit parts you're gonna need...... and a lot of big parts too........there is no law against replacing sheet metal
