Humorous look at how bad a car can be abused and still be worth something?
in any case, lots of good parts I can use here to help out another guy trying to put a nice one together!

the last picture is where the trunk and gas tank used to be!

Let me know what ya think!20210305_144331.jpg left rear quarter.jpg 20210305_144318.jpg 1969 charger sept 6 2020.jpg

for fun I looked up the AMD parts book, and gave up at $10,000 dollars!
Yikes!

Seems no one parts Gen II Chargers these days. Depends on what you have in it, rarity, etc. There's a a$$ for every seat, does it have one?

it has the complete Interior,,, so after 10k in Material, and 10k in labor, I still have to find money for two horses to pull it around! HAHAHA

I haven't seen a decent 69 Charger for less than 30K lately.

I did offer you clean 69 b body metal. 10k not necessary. Worth more as is than parts. Sell it whole if you don't want to tackle it.

well, I am in the middle of a 69 Cuda, so I am busy! I will need a jig to build this car!
thanks for the sheet metal offer!

I have one in similar condition. I wouldn't dare scrap it. Give it a second chance . I'm thinking of turning mine into a rat rod daytona!

yes that title and frame has value, I just cant fathom it as in the 80S I junked cars 10 times nicer for 17 dollars a ton.

Just my two cents, but they aren’t making any more of these, thus the more that are junked the fewer there are. If there was someone out there that wanted to actually fix it I’d sell it to them. But you’d have to sort of check them out. If they’ve never done a car before this isn’t the car for them. This needs a experienced person with deep pockets. Otherwise in five years it will be that pile of brown flakes in the backyard.

It can be saved. The person to do that may not have to be you.

Someone is always willing to repair these cars. Its a charger I have see some on facebook marketplace in far worse shape selling for stupid money. But Asking 20k for a car that needs 10k in metal and 10k or more in labor to repair puts a guy in the car at 40k Not to mention a drivetrain and all other misc parts to go with it. by the time you get done you could be 50k into a non numbers matching "some don't care like me" 1969 charger. If you price the car right it would be worth it to someone.

Save it don’t part it, they stopped building these how many years ago? Just need to find the right guy that knows what to do. Me I look at like the majority, it needs the rear end rebuilt due rot any way so what’s the difference many are just like it. I’ve scrapped far better and regret set in after even though it was common place (I wouldn’t scrap Mopars). Clear title and a gen 2 charger is like money in the bank now ! Hell it might be better as they are printing money like crazy!

If you crush that car, you are tossing away at least $8,000. I sell stuff like that all the time and know the market. Put it up for sale on the internet and see what happens. Price it at $5,000 and it will take about an hour to sell. $10,000 and it might take a day or two. Your choice. You probably already have some private messages!
