My 69 charger lights worked and then I pulled the motor and rebuilt it. I put the motor back in and now the lights will turn on but the doors won't move. They worked perfect before, I'm so aggravated. Any ideas? Maybe something came unplugged?

If I'm reading it right you pulled the engine for a rebuild and your headlight doors worked before and now they don't so obviously you have left the vacuum hose unhooked or you don't have any vacuum at the connection. You probably already know but the headlight doors are vacuum actuated.

Make sure the vacuum line is hooked up, if so pull the hose and check for vacuum then pull the hoses from the headlight door vacuum canister and check for vacuum there. If you have it going to the headlight switch but nothing at the buckets then it's likely the switch. These things take very little vacuum to operate, mine opens with as little as 2-3 lbs. Sounds to me like the vacuum hose was either left unhooked, kinked or plugged into the wrong spot.
