1969 Road Runner Spring Special Question

here's my ralley green spring special car hood stripes,belt moldings etc.

This is the textured look that the hood stripes should have. In the sun, the finish almost sparkles like billions of diamonds. Hard to describe really.

I love the look of that textured flat hood treatment. Was the same applied to the rockers etc, in the case of a GTX? Or was that just a flat / satin black??

The rockers were the same textured paint: organisol.

Interested to see what the V6W stripe would look like on your Y2 bird. Ever consider putting it back on?

Sorry to dig up old thread, I posted something earlier about this on another topic before I found this one. Appears I also have a A14 option car. It has everything this listed except the stripe. No stripe was applied after it was painted.
