Roadrunner is rm21 coupe - rm23 hardtop - rm27 convt. Rm23h9g is my 1969 first 7 numbers and h = 383-4 = 335 hp ..not roadrunner fender tag..listing has engine as f44 it should be e44 = 318-2 barrell & wp23 is a dodge code for coronet 500 hardtop..??? Go figure ...from 68-70 dodge used this code. Rp would be a satellite code...i have owned1970 roadrunner's and it sure looks like one but, tag if reading is correct this fender tag is not from this car...good luck rick c.
