On my A pillers, the seam on the vinal top is causing a large gap on the windshield reveal moulding...is there a solution?

That seam is in the wrong place. I was sent a top like that and had to send it back. Not only the pillar seam but the rest of the top fit like crap. I was lucky at the time [Covid era] And found a black Legendary. The seams and the rest of the fit was perfect.
Seem should be no more than four inches below the roof line......IMHO.
It belongs in this area.
Unfortunately it's just way to far out for that...I'd bend the trim. Clip wouldn't hold it anyway.
This is a legendary Vinal Top... supposed to be the best...
I would of sent it back. The other brand Kee I bought it from Dante got sent back. That looked and fit like yours.

Calendar most definitely needs flipped...On a happier note.....it's almost April.....
Calendars need turning.
Anyone have pics of original vinyl tops to show that the seam is supposed to be higher? This car is just about done. Redoing the top at this point is not a happy thought
