I need to fix a couple of cracks in mine. I was planning to use two part epoxy from the local auto parts store. Should be paintable as well. I hope that helps. Troy

Grill

I just finished mine. It had cracks, chunks missing, and was in poor shape. I used two part epoxy, bondo, and some fiberglass. It took about 10 hours to get it back into shape and primed. Here is a shot of the grill I took a while ago. I am going to paint it with a mixture of gloss and flat rustoleum. I am going to shoot a few coats of clear over that. I can post up another pic once it's painted a re-installed if you would like. Troy

I repaired two of them, the original and the one I bought on eBay. Both had cracks and missing pieces. I fixed minor cracks with superglue and where necessary for strength some reinforcement on the back with J-B Weld two part epoxy. I made replacement pieces from plexiglass. First I cut out the broken remnants. Then I made cardboard templates of what replacement pieces I needed, then made the pieces out of plexiglass to fit the templates. I glued them in with J-B Weld, then filed and sanded as necessary. Here are a series of pictures. I hope it helps.
