I have a lower driver's side door hinge core from a '73 Plymouth Satellite.

What do you mean by core? Also since it’s a Satellite one is it identical to the Charger one?

Yes Identical both being '73 B Body.

I use the term core (like most do) when referring to a part that may or may not need rebuilt, selling "As is". The hinge worked okay upon removal. However these hinges take a lot of wear over the years (especially the driver's side) and may require a rebuild kit.
