Has anyone installed subframe connectors and torque boxes to a '73 Roadrunner? Where does one find them?

I had to fabricate mine as I have never seen them for 73 and up BBodys... Maybe due to the odd angles needed due to the torsion bar Xmember. Also you have to go through the rear floor pan too the rear frame rail. I havent done any torque boxes or seen any available for these cars either.

Hi ...thanks for the response...do you have any pictures by chance?

your quite welcome

oh.. I used 2x3" 1/8" walled tube and didn't have to relocate the e-brake or rear brake lines. the bolts for the seats however are a pain in the *** now to get too! lol

I know this post is a little old, but I did some experimenting and found out that the 71-72 B body sub-frame connectors from xb racing work well on these cars. they are laser cut to fit the floorpans and with a little fitting they work great. The torsion bar cross member is inside of these.
