1977 Cordoba Windshield Wiper issue

Ok... dunno if your outer cam piece looks like this

the outer step gets a small cut to allow the main linkage overlap and rest there when the center of the ratio is moved. So this cam just must be assemblied in one position...

but, once again, that's on my 74

Mine is solid and doesnt have that groove but I see a small fracture on that side of the lip. So the arm musr be using that side as a stop.

You mean to tell me the 3879325 was used from 69-77 and nobody has the manual to it?

For 2 speed wipers

My luck I get the only Cordoba with it.

According to the troubleshooting chart it is a loose clutch spring. BTW, Cordoba is "S".

Do you happen to know how the spring is positioned? Does the "V" of the outer disc go between the spring ends or one side or the other? There seems to be some debate about it. I cannot find anything on it.

Ok, all fixed. I got the 3879325 kit and used the bottom and new spring. The issue was the worn out spring. The "V" of the bottom ring definitely goes in the middle the springs ends. The new spring is really strong and spread out to fit on one side or the other.
