Nice of him to give this model some coverage.

Two catalytic converters, not four as he mentions.

Here's a couple more. 1 I bought for parts, other I bought in 1993. Took it to mopar mats in 1994. Rust claimed it in early 2000s. Still have drivetrain and other misc. Parts. I'm a 66-70 B body guy but I really liked these cars.

Yes that's correct, pretty sure top tag goes with window sticker. Good to see interest in these cars. The one I had was a every day car at the time but it was one of my favorite cars I ever owned. Just a nice driving car. Good performance for 1979 car

Hi. Here is another 79 300 for your registry. On a side note, I retired after 33 years out of the Chrysler Windsor Assembly Plant where they were built.
In one of the posts in the thread the Canadian model was described as an appearance package only. My Canadian 300 has the E58 360 police interceptor engine, 727 trans, and the heavy duty police package for brakes, suspension, and the factory dual exhaust.

I also had a 1979 300 that was red. It truly was an appearance package only. Warmed over Cordoba with stock 2bbl 360 with Lean burn and A904 transmission. Regular duty rotors and drums, standard Cordoba/Magnum XE

suspension and single exhaust.
It rotted out and I scrapped it around 2004, but kept many parts and the front grille. I should still have the VIN on the old title docs that I have somewhere. If I find them I will post the VIN for your registry.
