2021 11th Annual FABO NHRA "Pick 'Em" Game - Time To Burn Some NITRO!!!

Congratulations to both 'Budnicks' (FBBO) and 'shittyslant6' (FABO) for winning the 2021 NHRA Denso Spark Plugs Four-Wide Top Qualifier title with very nice totals of 30.0 bonus points each. They both picked the #1 qualifier in Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle, the #2 qualifier in Top Fuel and the #4 qualifier in Funny Car. Way to go!

Congratulations to 'stroked340' (FABO) for being "Top Picker Eliminator" for the 11th annual Denso Spark Plugs NHRA Four-Wide Nationals, the 2nd event of the 2021 season, with a very nice point total of 113.5 points with a class win in Top Fuel. His Funny Car pick finished 2nd in the final quad, his Pro Stock pick finished 3rd in a 2nd round quad, and his Pro Stock Motorcycle pick finished last in a 2nd round quad. He was helped with ET bonus points in both Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle and Speed bonus points in Pro Stock Motorcycle.
'Nick2317' (FBBO) grabbed the runner-up spot with 112.5 points with class wins in both Top Fuel and Pro Stock. His Funny Car pick finished 2nd in the final quad and his Pro Stock Motorcycle pick finished last in a 2nd round quad. He was helped with both ET and Speed bonus points in Pro Stock Motorcycle.

Here's your 'Tuesday before the event' reminder for the upcoming final running of the Southern Nationals at Atlanta Dragway in Commerce, GA.
The Southern Nationals start with professional qualifying on Saturday, May 1. Current forecast is calling for high temps of 76F on Saturday and 81F on Sunday with sunny conditions on Saturday and partly sunny on Sunday.
The in-and-out sun could mean some tuning questions and quick changes for the crew chiefs during Sunday's final eliminations.
The current entry list shows:
15 Top Fuel
14 Funny Car
20 Pro Stock
22 Pro Stock Motorcycle

As always, check the entry lists (https://www.nhraeventreg.com/ListEventStatus.asp) to make sure your driver pick is racing. There are some 'not yet raced in 2021' names competing at this event.
