location, 2 roads down from the 4-way Stop signs, on the Main drags. There's Cold beers in the cooler, if anyone's near by...

The Roach is parked a few cars down from the tent on the right. Has the gray cover on it.
Have fun

how'd it (Roach) perform or drive, does it drive all nice & well now
no steering noises/other issues, any fuel milage checks yet ?
should be a big hit

just curious

Still have the steering noise issue & it does drive nice. I trailered the car down to here. Still doing shakedown miles & have break-in oil in the transmission.

I went WAY past the 500 mile break in before I changed the oil in my Tremec.
Maybe 1500-1700 miles? The old oil looked fine and smelled okay despite moderately aggressive use.
I like to peel out.

After a log day of chasing parts in the swap meet I'm leaving at 5:45 in the am with the 65 Coronet...

You'll probably hear it before you see it...but it will be parked in the 65 B Body Modified section about 8:00 am tomorrow...

It's a great car - one of my favorites!

Many thanks to all you nutcases who came to the tent and experienced the craziness (and hopefully fun) of the whole event.

As usual, @Pistol Pete (and his lovely wife) outdid himself with the quality, diversity and awesome taste of the food. I think I could live on the damn shrimp! Also, many thanks to my good friend Barry (@67BluonBlak ) for all his tremendous help. There is SO MUCH he does in the background to help. But I also need to thank the many members who stepped up and help with contributing money, time or food/ drinks. It truly helps make the event go smoother and takes a bit of load off us.

Here's to next year!!!
