And where can I get a rebuild kit for them?

Not sure where to get kits but Harm's Automotive and Crossram Connection both restore them. They
also buy good cores.
Not sure if they sell any kits though

The 4862 pump is a newer Carter high pressure, not factory street hemi. The other pump looks factory from the street hemi era, high pressure too. The mancini rebuild kits are garbage. Take them apart and look at them. Generally if the diaphragm is good all else is.
