Edelbrock number 7193 performer manifold for 440
Will, this intake manifold allow me to shut my 1969Roadrunner! stock non-air grabber hood?
I noticed Mancini has a 13 inch diameter drop base for my air cleaner, black wrinkle finished Mopar Performance 13 inch diameter lid
I’m currently using if this helps gain hood clearance? Any input you might have would be much appreciated.

What carb are you using? Depending on what the base actually looks like, if its the one formed for the dual feed Holley's, the only way it will fit a AFB etc is if you put a spacer between carb and base, which takes away your hood clearance.

I can't specifically answer your question, but I was in the same boat a couple years ago. I just kept ordering different drop bases from Summit until I found a combo that worked. I was able to retain my stock dual snorkel air cleaner after pulling my hair out LOL.

The drop base you need looks like it was formed over a huge Bagel. That will fit Q-jets, TQ's, AFB's/AVS's, Holley's. Most likely the one you're speaking of is like mine which only fits dual feed Holley's due to its contours. Other carb's need a spacer between it and the carb. In the first picture you can see how the base is formed to fit the Holley bowls. 2nd picture has the same base and I'm using a Holley dual feed. You might check to see what Edelbrock offers for a drop base unit. Many moons ago, Rocket and CP both made one that fit yours. I sold many of them when I worked at the speed shop. Both of those companies are RIP.

Yes. Early ones, mid 60's and back I think, were 4 7/32". Don't remember when they went to 5 1/8". I wanted to put an AFB/AVS on the wagon, 67, but could not get the right base for it. As it sits right now, there is 1/2-3/4" of clearance with what I have. Performer RPM also. Regular Performer is shorter. And the element is like 2 3/4". WIX 42044.

Earlier this morning I checked out Edelbrocks site for filter units. A friend of mine is having the same fitment issues on his Charger. Has to use a spacer otherwise the base hits the choke. Anyway, looking at the #1221 unit, the base still looks like it's formed for the center feed Holley's. However, it looks like the neck/flange that mates to the carb is taller/longer than what my unit has. I'm guessing that does away with the spacer, which is good, but you might need to find an element shorter than the 3" unit it comes with. And on that you'll need to be mindful as you don't want it too short otherwise you'll be restricting airflow from the lid being too close to the base. Maybe K&N, Spectre etc may have more base choices.
