440 Source has a water pump with the inlet on the passenger side. These are for non-AC vehicles. Has anybody tried using this water pump with the OEM air conditioning system, circa 1971 vehicles?
I bought a large aluminum radiator for my small block but am now thinking of doing a big block swap. Don't want to buy another radiator and want to keep my OEM air conditioning. I have all the big block brackets for 1971 AC vehicle. 383 engine.

The issue is the temp sensor is located under the compressor. It clears a Sanden but not sure about an RV2. I suppose you could plug it and drill and tap an 1/8NTP where the factory located them on 73 up.

Thanks for that bit of information!
