440 Source Repro 6qt Oil Pans

Anyone know if the Hemi pans are 5+1 or 6+1 total capacity?
I could never get a solid answer.
The way the ad is written, it leans towards 6+1.

Bought 1 from Mancini and asked the same question and was told 6 quarts for the pan and 1/2 to 1 quart for the filter
