Looks like a faint 0 in front of the B.

1970 something or other from the B plant whichever that one is. Hard to say otherwise

It appears the assembly date is 3426
10,000 day calendar is Monday, 14 Dec 1970 for a '71 model year
B = Hamtramck assembly plant
I believe they built Valiant. Barracuda, Dart and Chargers
If not an "A" body trans probably a Charger
