5.7 Hemi and A-518 questions

I finally picked up my 5.7 Hemi. Its from a 2004 durango
I also picked up a A-518 46RH from a 1992 Van (I believe)

Is this flex plate all I need to fit the hemi to the tranny? or do I also need a spacer? or what else do I need?

Also, can I use the stock torque converter?

That ought to do it, make sure your converter wasn't balanced for a 360, if so you will need to remove the balance weight.
