62-65 Car show

What is it with red early B's and under hood fires? Here's one from our local Mopar meet at the drag strip a few years ago. The common denominator seems to be the Holley carb. tmm

me like that red 2dr wagon nice ! :headbang:

Yes it is! It started out as a 4 door. Found the photo on Facebook yesterday and had to save it.

Wow, that wagon is awesome!

Seen a few done up as post cars but never a hardtop.

I think the hardtop version is SEXY!

For sale. It could be yours! A quote about the car from the Mopar Trader Page:

"I have a 1965 dodge coronet 2 door hard top wagon for sale. Car is all fresh and almost completed and started life as a 4 door rust free Oklahoma car. The car has a mild built 440 with a manual reverse valve body 727 and a 2800 stall, all of this runs thru a new balanced drive shaft to a new 8 3/4 rear with 373 gears. Car has all new black interior with red accents and new carpet also. There is to much to list on this car. Asking 35,000 if I finish or make offer or trade. Thanks Rod 937-604-6911"

Very cool! I love the color. I am a big fan of blues. It looks like B7 from the 70's.

Mike; Its a base/clear of original code EEE dark blue metallic. Still looks pretty good after all these years. My interior shot was bad , might try it again later.

Street /strip car or old race car? I like the tire combo too! Looks like fun Tom!

Found it in 88 in a guys backyard, knew I had to have it. Was G-ma's /6 car, finished(?) it in 92. It caused my sons to get into this stuff. The green 63 NSS a few pages back is one, other is 65 valiant 100 10" tire car. Fun?? You bet your life.

62 Tuesday. All Plymouth's today. tmm
