i was thinking it was 68. but didn't remember 904 or 727'68 for 904

here is more info for ya.... in 65-ish big cars. new yorker / imp. with the 413 in it. thay used a factory stall converter... someplace in the 2800-3k stall range. if i remeber right. it was part of a tow/police package.Why make this difficult?

ok.. cool. my 62 (i should have said that in the first line) still has the trans in it but no converter. i have 2 core 68 RR 727's laying around. should be able to swap out the drum and input ...For the 727 trans 1962 to the end of 1966 used the 19 spline converter.
