'62 Dart - OEM Steering Wheel?

Polar, Dart, and Plymouth.

I noticed the one thing restored wheels loose is the partial light diffusion on the edges.

You did fantastic work on your wheel. I’ve heard of various fillers to use to repair it, wondering what you used?
Did you also paint it? Use a clear on it?

JB Weld. Don't know how long it will hold up but it was easy to work with and sand off. Primer and paint then a semi gloss clear.

A lifelong mopar guy I know uses the below on his steering wheel restorations.
He told me it works great, but dries hard so don't put too much on or you'll be sanding forever.
His steering wheels do look amazing.
