19 months 21 days after ordering my new Indy aluminum Hemi block it showed up today. Looks great.

been busy on other stuff this summer now back on the A/FX. Got the custom Dan Olson oil pan and test fitted. Also got the gear vendors O.D and test fitted in the car. Waiting on the custom Bogart billet aluminum rear wheels ( they look like stock stamped steel wheels) then we can get our measurements to order the Strange Dana rear end and get the car on the ground for the first time.

Just received the new Bogart rear wheel rims and set the car ride height tonight. Ordering the Moser Dana 60 rear end tomorrow coming along again.

I don't know because I was not planning on running the caps. Bogart will make any center you would require. Give them a call. Great people to work with. These are called their steely Dan wheel.

The Dana 60 showed up today. Can't say enough good about Moser engineering. I ordered the rear end last Thursday and they built it and shipped on Tuesday. Has gun drilled 40 spline lightened axles 5/8 studs and a spool.

got the Dana 60 with the 10.5 29.5 15 tires on the 12" rims under the car over the weekend. Got the rear end in place and squared up. Just amazing everything fits just like planned. Also getting back on our drag week trailer. All aluminum with torsion axles.

got the rear springs located and the sliders tacked in. Made this neat little jig to make sure that the springs are parallel. Should have the car off the frame table and on the ground this week end for the first time.

got the car off the frame table and on the ground for the first time then on to the rotisserie for finnish welding. Got the frame rail connectors welded in . US Car tool parts fit great. Ordered Menscer shocks and they will arrive tomorrow along with the TRZ motorsports rear anti roll bar system. Took the Indy engine block and rotating assembly to Steve Morris engines for balancing and final machining. That place is just simply amazing. Complete billet engines. The engines he turns out 5000+hp drag week street engines are works of art.

got the rear shocks mounted along with the rear sway bar. Roll bars finished welded and the chute/trailer hitch mount done. Should be ready to go to my shop for body work next week.

Got the AFX home yesterday after all the chassis work has been completed at my son's shop. Now on to the fun of getting the body work done by me. Hope to have the body done by spring.
