66 Charger dash/wiring question

I'm restoring a charger and I'm having fit's with the wiring. Can someone tell me what the white wire/red end with a second wire coming off is for over by the glove box area? There is also a pink wire/gray end in the same area and not sure about this one either. My tach drive only has 3 wires but schematic shows 4. Is this correct? TIA

the little white wire by glovebox is for radio and lighted AC controls if you have factory AC in the car. If not, then one little white wire just gets connected to radio. The pink wire is 12v power to glove box light if you have that option. Tach connector only has 3 wires, you are looking at wrong schematic if you see 4 wires for sender.

Purple is 12v ignition on, gray is negative side of coil, yellow goes to spade terminal on rear of tachometer in dash cluster
