The vinyl color of the ACC carpet was way off on mine too. I ended up buying vinyl material from Legendary -- the same vinyl they use to make the seat covers (Citron Gold). We removed the ACC vinyl and sewed in the Legendary vinyl. I got a little **** trying to keep it as original as possible. Sounds like you strived for that original look too.Thanks Agree.. a lot of trimming I ended up sewing the edges to match the original style the vinyl color was also off do re dyed that also .
Had similar issues with my 67. Gold upholstery and black carpet. Seems there was 3 different versions of gold for the interior: Seats, vinyl on the panels, and then the sail panels with the rest of the liner sections.The vinyl color of the ACC carpet was way off on mine too.
