BF Goodrich 215/60/14 Front and 255/60/15 on the rear. Does anyone out there have any pictures with a similar set up?

Thanks
Bruce
That may be exactly what I have on my 67 Coronet. Need to check. Not sure I have pics with that combo - right now the race tires are mounted on the rear. The rears are 225/60/15 on both the race tires and the street tires, an the fronts are 14 inch. I think they are 215 but maybe 70? Old pics.

Unless the 67 R/T has less room than a 67 GTX, 255s will fit. Offset/backspacing will matter.

If you work real hard at it, you might be able to get 275s on it. That would require a 7 1/2” rim, and a minimum of 5” BS, and then wheel spacer to perfection. At least that is what it looks like on my 67 GTX.

Tire size and associated look are personal opinions. So there is no right answer as only your opinion matters. Myself, I prefer larger diameter tires, and try to match the diameter front to back.

This is on mine now. 255-60-15 on the back, 225-70-15 on the front.View attachment 1889046
When were the 68 marker lights added? Heard a comment maybe in the 70’s that some late 67’s had them.
Last picture looks like they were deleted.

So supposedly they were a popular mod back in the day. I was told the original owner liked the 68 lights so much that he went to the dealer in 68 to have them installed. They were not original to the car. When I had the car repainted I took them out.

That’s what I thought. Through the years I have seen 2 67’s with them. One was a 500 like yours and one was an R/T. No others .

I saw one also but not in person. I didn't like the mod. The moment I saw the car I knew eventually the lights were getting removed at some point.
