67 Main dash harness routing

Hi all I am re wiring my 67 Belvedere and I need some help with the wire routing behind the dash cluster. Does it go like this?

Or does it go behind? Thanks Dustin

Yes it goes there in those large rubber coated hooks. The wiper linkage is behind.
