Hey everyone! I finally started my resto project. It's been 3 years since I bought this car and have been too busy to start and I never had a proper place to work on it. My father-in-law and I built a divided workshop so that I could work on cars and he could make furniture. Now that it's completed and it's winter, I have a little more time to dedicate to the car. I wanted to start easy and then work into the nitty gritty of the car, so I chose to repair the rust damage on the trunk lid. Here are a few pics of the work so far.

It looks like the car is pretty well stripped all there is is to weld it back together. Best of luck and don't loose the vision.

Cool car for a resto! The coveted '68 Trunk.....good to see you can rescue it. Those things are like gold.

Looks like your off to a good start...good luck and keep us updated.
