'68 B 'vert trim mounting question

'68 Plymouth Sport Satellite convertible.
On the well surround trim, (dutchman panel) what is the fastener that screws into the clip inside the molding ? Mine were so rusted, there was nothing left of them to reference. I did buy new clips fro R/T Specialties but Tom never got back to me in regards to what fasteners to use.

I think it is a screw that has a ring around it for the boot to snap to. I have some if you still need them.

Thanks, but that wouldn't be it. This fastener comes up from the well, through a hole in the edge of the Dutchman panel and into the clip that is inside the molding. You can't see it from outside of the car.
