68 fender tag

I haven't owned many pre 69 Mopars so here is a question on fender tags. I'm looking at a 68 car with no tag or build sheet. Is there some data base that can tell you if the sequence # on the rad support belongs to the vin? And what optoins can on the car?

Sorry for the bad news ... the answer is no all the way around. No to match, no to options list, no databases.

1968 is the stealth year for Mopar.
