69 Bee thumbwheel install

I recently acquired a reconditioned original radio. When I removed the aftermarket junk it was a wiring butcher job. Can anyone confirm the wires from the car by color and to what they connect to? Thanks.

R- 12v
Blk & lt.GRN- frt some

O- dash lites
