69 Coronet 500 Tail Panel Studs???

I’m starting on my tail panel and I’m looking for the stud clips and barrel (?) nuts? I’m missing a few of the stud clips. The nuts seem to have butyl/rubber inserts. Does anyone know of any place that carries these?
