Maybe not a nightmare, but one of the worst/tedious jobs (including rears) - anyone know of a thread or have a link, etc to pics/diagrams of window mechanism assembly/disassembly - I got mine out (glass and all) but it wasn't pretty - now its time to put the guts back in and it's been awhile. I need a six year old's arms and X-ray vision , that much I remember !

The best tool to have is a factory service manual. A parts catalog has some diagrams that are helpful. Maybe someone has a link. Sent you a pm.

I think I remember seeing it in my haynes manual?? not sure ill look and see what page its on if you have one.

I'm doing this very thing right now - I have the manual - its hot the best reference - I'll take lots of pics for ya

I knew I was missing those two tools!

Also fingertips of steel/lead, and a third arm/hand.

Seems like they could have made it a lot easier with just a little more thought.

I usually do one at a time and leave the other side intact for reference.
