71 Charger dash speaker

The New Mexico sun made a sorry mess of my dash speaker, the paper just crumbled away.
Does anyone have suggestions on a replacement ? I will be putting speakers in the package tray at sometime, but I don't want to cut into the door panels.

I rebuilt mine locally without problem. The basket for aftermarket 4x10 ones needs to be modified to fit on the dash correctly, so went with the rebuilt option.

IF THE problem is just the cone itself without change the coil, will be cheaper and maybe better
